3392940 - 403 Access Denied error occurs on web browser when displaying Directory Contents which is defined in parameter icm/HTTP/file_access_<xx>

Symptom

User defined parameter icm/HTTP/file_access_0 with argument PREFIX and DOCROOT, then accessed the URL http://[host]:[port]/[PREFIX]/, Directory Contents which is defined in DOCROOT is not displayed, 403 "Access Denied" error has been reported as the result.
