When you create a document from the Related Documents tab of the Service Calls window, and the document needs to be approved as part of an active approval process, you find that the document is not linked to the Service Call → Expenses / Related Documents tab, even after it is approved and added.
The example below considers a Delivery, but the issue is reproducible with other documents too.
