SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
After uninstalling and reinstalling, the application crashes when users try to open. The following error found in Android studio logs (logcat):
“java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to get provider androidx.startup.InitializationProvider: androidx.startup.StartupException: com.sap.cloud.mobile.foundation.common.EncryptionError: KeyStore entry does not exist.”
