Symptom

When utilizing an integration flow (iFlow) within a Cloud Integration (CI) tenant that employs a SOAP sender channel, users may encounter character encoding issues during message processing. Specifically, when a SOAP request containing special characters, such as those from Cyrillic or Chinese scripts, is sent, these characters may become improperly encoded or appear garbled during the message processing phase within the CI environment.
