3393237 - App Customer Returns (F4092) not showing order reason

Symptom

  • Order reason (VBAK-AUGRU) has been adjusted in the backend, however it is not visible in the Fiori app F4092 (Customer Returns - Return Rate).
  • When applying filter 'Return Reason' only text 'Not assigned' appears.
  • When selecting view 'By Return Reason' in App F4092 then 'Not assigned' return reason appears at the bottom.
