3393289 - Events are not updating on Freight Order from external system

Symptom

When updating Events from external system (for example LBN), nothing gets propagated back to TM. When checking the XML message in SRT_MONI, you notice that TransportationEventBulkNotification_In XMLs are failing on TM with the following errors:

  • 008(/scmtms/inb_agent) - Event &1 with expected date &2 not reported; No matching stop found
  • 002(/scmtms/inb_agent) - Processing canceled; data received is not valid
