3393297 - New Pay Component Amount Percentage Field Order is not Displayed as per the What's New Viewer in the Compensation Portlet - 2H 2023

The new Pay Component Amount Percentage field order is not displayed as per the What's New Viewer: Minor Visual Changes in 2H 2023 in the Compensation Portlet.

Before Release the behaviour is:

- the order of the fields for amount was not logical. Below the newly input amount, the percentage of the difference between the previous amount and the current amount was shown. The previous amount was listed last in small gray numbers.

After Release the behaviour should be:

- the order of the numbers is new amount, previous amount, and then percentage of the difference between the two amounts.

However after the 2H 2023 Release, this new order behaviour is not seen and the old logic is still used for displaying the order.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to a users Employee Profile. 
2. Go to the Compensation Portlet 
3. Make a change 
4. Adjust the Value in the Amount field. 
5. See the order of the New Value, Old Value and Percentage change is not updated as per the What's New Viewer:
   Minor Visual Changes in 2H 2023

Due to an issue with this change it was not included in the 2H 2023 Release. Our engineering team are planning to re-introduce this in the 1H 2024 Release. 

Our UA team is updating the What's New Viewer to Reflect this.
