3393318 - Delay in writing log entries into the STAD transaction

Symptom

Unusual problems are experienced with STAD transaction operation, for example a 90-second delay in log documentation following the completion of the process.

Additional information: For example in the affected system there is a substantial number of incoming web service calls, which are typically completed within 60-90ms. However, these events do not become visible in the STAD transaction log until approximately 90 seconds after the process activity has ended.
