Symptom
After Migration to Azure, when trying to perform manual KB sync, receiving error message: "Settings for KB Sync are not set for this tenant"
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ connected with VCP
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Setup and enter in Knowledge Base Diagnostics;
- In Manual Synchronization, hit Execute Job;
- Error will be displayed.
Resolution
You will need to enable the settings of Variant Configuration again, this can be done following next steps:
- Go to Setup and Enter in SAP Integrations;
- Select SAP Variant Configuration and Pricing Provider Settings;
- Hit save button.
