3393357 - Cannot perform KB Sync


After Migration to Azure, when trying to perform manual KB sync, receiving error message: "Settings for KB Sync are not set for this tenant"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Setup and enter in Knowledge Base Diagnostics;
  2. In Manual Synchronization, hit Execute Job;
  3. Error will be displayed.


You will need to enable the settings of Variant Configuration again, this can be done following next steps:

  1. Go to Setup and Enter in SAP Integrations;
  2. Select SAP Variant Configuration and Pricing Provider Settings;
  3. Hit save button.
