SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Performance
3. Select form
4. Receive error

OR

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Forms by User > Route Form
3. Complete search criteria > select form > Next
4. Select any option > Next
5. Receive error

OR

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Forms by User or Performance Management > Delete Form
3. Complete search criteria > select form > Delete
4. Receive error

Invalid XML characters

The form is corrupted and must be purged by following the below steps:

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Company Settings > Data Retention Management
3. Select Create New Purge Request
4. Select the following:
• Select a purge request type: Purge PM or SM Data
• (optional) Name the purge request
• Which template do you want to purge: Select template type and template > load document ID you'd like to purge
• Add approvers: Enter at least one approver
5. Select Schedule... or Launch Immediately... depending on your business requirement
