3393367 - Customer address not updated via Webservice

Symptom

  • When BP is replicated from Master Data Governance (MDG) to SAP S/4HANA system via Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), even though there is no error in MDS_PPO2, the address of customer in target system does not get updated while address of BP gets updated.
  • When BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest_In is used to update business partner and linked customer/Vendor, the address data of Business Partner (BP) and Customer/Vendor are out of synchronization. Via MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT, BP data could be synchronized to Customer/Vendor.
