3393403 - Fields are not visible under Additional External Reference tab

Symptom

We are not able to view fields under the Additional External References tab of the solution order.

Please suggest how fields can be added under the Additional External References tab.

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

Resolution

It is standard system behavior that external references cannot be manually added to the solution order under the Additional External References tab. The tab is will display data when it has been populated.
