Symptom

Internal hire is not able to view emergency contact and national id portlets in Personal Data Collection Step.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login system
  2. Proxy as Internal Hire
  3. Click on tile Provide your details to get onboarded
  4. Click on start
    Result- Emergency contact/ national id portlets are not visible.
  5. Click on My Employee Profile from Admin centre
    Result- Emergency contact/ national id portlets are visible.  

Cause

Not supported.

Resolution

Emergency contact and national id are not visible even with permissions granted as they are not supported, this is expected behavior on the system at the moment.

These portlets are visible only to New hire process.
