3393439 - Bulk product translation Import/Export retrieves the oldest product version

When exporting translations for all products to an Excel sheet and choosing to export their product hints, it retrieves data from the earliest product version.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Navigate to the Setup section within CPQ.
2. Within the Bulk Product Translation Import/Export menu, opt for "Export All Product Translations."
3. In the Attribute Object section, choose "Hint."
4. Observe that the hints correspond to the earliest product version.

This issue is a bug within the CPQ system. When exporting all translations, it currently retrieves translations from the initial product versions in the system. However, this problem will be addressed and rectified in the forthcoming 2402 release.

Until the release of version 2402, you can use an alternative method. To export all active product translations, you can enter each letter and number in the name filter on a new line. This approach leverages the filtering functionality to retrieve all products in the system.
