Symptom
User cannot access Digital Library for Signavio Process Explorer https://d.dam.sap.com/s/c/a/KNzuqPm?rc=10 and sees the following error message: 'It looks like you don't have access to the requested resource'
Resolution
If you are an SAP Partner instead of a Customer, you need to use this Partner link https://d.dam.sap.com/s/p/a/KNzuqPm?rc=10 instead of the Customer link https://d.dam.sap.com/s/c/a/KNzuqPm?rc=10.
