How to Maintain Business Partner (Customer and Supplier) Number Ranges in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The following configuration activities (SSCUIs) can be used to maintain number ranges for BPs 

• SSCUI 102296 - Define Number Ranges you can define a number range's value and set it to be internal or external
  
  
• SSCUI 102241 Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges the number range can be linked to a BP Grouping
  
  
• SSCUI 102741 Define Number Assignment for Direction BP to Customer, this allows us to set which Customer BP groups can be used for each BP Role. **It is also possible with this SSCUI to the "Flexible Grouping" flag can be set the grouping to allow that the Customer and BP have different numbers if wanted
  
  
• SSCUI 102742 Define Number Assignment for Direction BP to Vendor Customer, this allows us to set which Customer BP groups can be used for each BP Role. **It is also possible with this SSCUI to the "Flexible Grouping" flag can be set the grouping to allow that the Customer and BP have different numbers if wanted
