Alert effective date shown in the Manage alerts and notifications screen is a day earlier than the alert sent date

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflows and Alerts

Due to timezone offset, the Entity effective date and alert effective date were persisted by date part only and no time part and these are in UTC. hence it shows a day earlier in Manage alerts and notifications when customer timezone is different for example : CEST. <CEST which is 2 hours earlier than UTC >
