3393922 - Error in the EPM Add-in when launched from the BPC web page

When launching the EPM Add-in via the BPC Web page the following error is displayed:

Culture is not supported.
Parameter name: name
XX is an invalid culture identifier 

Upon reviewing the EPM Add-in logs the following errors can be found:
