3393941 - Mouseover text order in Signature stage is different from Modification stage

When launching a form and hovering on the "i" icon of a certain step, the mouseover text comes first and then the names come last. 

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

This is not the same for other steps:

1. Add mouseover texts in Route Map
2. Use Collaborative or Iterative steps and add Roles
3. Open form and hover on the "i" icon for the Collaborative/Iterative steps and notice that the mouseover text is below the names of the route step owners
4. Hover on the "i" icon for the Signature step and notice that the mouseover text is above the name of the route step owner

This is by current system design where Collaborative/Iterative steps have their mouseover text below the names of the route step owners, as there are multiple step owners. For Single steps, the name of the step owner comes first.
