An application error occurred, when creating time recording profile visualization for some time recording profiles.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Go to Manage Data.
2. Select Time Recording Profile Visualization in Create New field.
3. Select a Time Recording Profile for which to generate the visualization.
4. Set Update Visualization and Focus on Time Type Group based on your end.
5. Save.

This is a known defect worked on now.

The current plan with 2311p3 (Nov.9, 2023, before Production Release) is to reveal the root cause in the resulting pdf by showing the value as "<null>".
This way we can find the root cause and eventually harden the code further more to prevent such issues and show the proper values. 

This KBA will be updated with progress on the fix date.
