3394285 - Error "There are no steps available. Neither existing steps, nor a matching preview can be determined" occurs in app “Change Maintenance Order” - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Error message is displayed stating "There are no steps available. Neither existing steps, nor a matching preview can be determined." When submitting the maintenance order。

Maintenance order can not be approved automatically and can not be found in app My inbox.

The configuration of start conditions and step conditions are incorrect.

If approval configuration, which states that the order will be approved by the recipient when the order type is YA01 and YA02 and YA03, is unreasonable. This is because the order type should only be YA01 or YA02 or YA03 for approval. 

It is suggested to maintain start conditions and step conditions correctly.

Using "Create Alternative Preconditions" to add condition if order type YA01,YA02,YA03 need to be approved by recipient .
