3394395 - Number range is getting skipped when creating product during data migration

Symptom

Product number is not assigned from first number within corresponding internal number range when creating product via Migrate Your Data.

For example:

If the internal number range is 1-200. When uploading 200 products, product creation starts from 100 instead of 1, first 100 numbers got skipped.
