3394445 - Conversion job suddenly stopped working (user not converting to internal) - Onboarding

• External to Internal Conversion job runs with failure.
• ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob has stopped working.
• New hires are not converted to internal employee on their start date.
• In Monitor Jobs, the Conversion Job is failing with error:
  • Error: 
    • Caused by: com.successfactors.jobscheduler.ScheduledJobExecutionException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Not able to load the related EO for Object Type = ONB2ProcessTrigger and internal id = [NNNNNNN]
    • Error status 7 received while converting user 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Data Issue:

• The username value in Users_Info table conflicts with one of the terminated user records resulting in the error during conversion.
• Error status 7 received while converting user

A script execution is required to fix the issue.

At this time, only the Onboarding Engineering Team is able to identify the users with conflicting records.

For Live Customers and/or Implementation Partners

1. Create a support ticket with this subject: KBA 3394445 - Conversion job suddenly stopped working - Onboarding
2. Component: LOD-SF-OBX-JCN
3. Enter the description of what is happening.
4. Provide script execution approval for the internal team to run a script to fix the user details of the sample script.
5. Once the affected user id is identified you can temporarily change the process status of the user id to completed so job will skip affected user until script is executed.

For Cloud Product Support

1. Please refer to the internal memo
2. Identify the user id causing failure
3. Create a service request for script execution.
