3394466 - Application error when fetching Person and Employment Info (as of Date) report for custom fields in Global Information - Employee Central

When pulling a Person and Employment Info (as of Date) report, an application error is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Report Center;
2. Create New Report;
3. Select Table > Choose Person and Employment Info (as of Date) from the drop down;
4. Under Columns, select the custom field from Global Information;
5. Select all the filters according to your requirement;
6. Preview or run the report;
7. Application error occurs.

Although system does support Global Information custom-date fields from 1 to 20 as per Implementation Guide Global Information | SAP Help Portal, As of Date reports for Global Information only support custom-date fields from 1 to 10.

Therefore, the cause of the issue is that the custom field is configured as custom-date11, custom-date12 or a greater number than that.

Remove the unsupported field from the filters and run the report again.
