SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Pre-requisite:

The object Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration must be permissioned in Role Based Permissions for View, Correct, Create, Adjust Order, and Delete permissions for your respective permission role for the user.

Steps:

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Select your role to edit
3. Select Permission...
4. Select Manage MDF Recruiting Objects 
5. Add the Permissions as given below in the screenshot:
   

To configure filters for the Latest Applicant Workbench perform the following:

1. Go to Manage Data
2. Search for the object: Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration 
3. Select the only entry (this should be a number value)
4. Select Take Action
5. Add your FieldID as in your candidate profile template
6. Select Filterable as Yes
7. Select Save
   

Note: Only the entries in the KBA below are configurable as filterable.
