3394491 - System Shows Incorrect Cost Rate Unit Working day(s) Instead of Hours

System shows incorrect cost rate unit and hence the cost rate for an employee shows the incorrect value. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project Management work center
2. Go to Projects view
3. Select the relevant Project ID
4. Select the relevant Project Task
5. Go to Work tab
6. For team member, you can see that cost rate appears in Working day(s) instead of hours

In the business configuration activity project types, you have defined the Default Unit as Working day(s) and hence system shows the cost rate unit in Working day(s). 

You can follow the below steps to fix the problem. 

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Implementation Projects
3. Go to Fine Tune activity
4. Select the activity Project Types
5. Here you can see that the default unit is set as Working day(s) 
6. You can change the default unit from Working day(s) to Hour(s)
