Symptom

You are not able to see any information related to the Purchase Order Accruals when using My Inbox app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open My Inbox app
  2. Select the PO 
  3. No details displayed

Cause

Missing authorization. Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_POAC_WRKITM_PC provides access to My Inbox - Review Purchase Order Accruals and it's not assigned to the user.

Resolution

Assign Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_POAC_WRKITM_PC to a Business Role assigned to your user.
