3394546 - PRPS_STATUS cannot be activated in SE11

Symptom

Append Structure PRPS_STATUS cannot be activated although Switch:PS_CORE_SFWS_UI_1 is activated. 
When pressing "Activate (Ctrl+F3)" button in transaction code SE11, message "Switchable object PRPS_STATUS was not activated. " occurs.
