3394573 - How to Disable the Legal Scan Pop-up When Creating Job Requisitions - Recruiting Management

A pop-up titled "Scan the Form" appears when users attempt to create new job requisitions.

1. Click on "Create Requisition" or "Approve".
2. Observe the pop-up titled "Scan the Form" that appears.

This issue occurs when the "Full form Legal Scan" feature is enabled in Provisioning. When this feature is active, users will encounter the "Legal Scan" pop-up during the routing process.

This can be found in Provisioning > Company Settings > Enable full form Legal Scan.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Form Template Settings" in the Admin Center.
2. Click on the name of the job requisition template.
3. Check the box next to 'Disable Legal Scan on Route' and save your changes.
