3394597 - Import Data query generates multiple SQLs in the back-end in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

  • When using import data connection to SAP HANA and trying to create a new model either with freehand query or manual query builder, you can observe that on the HANA side, multiple, separated SQL statements are being generated. 

  • Those separated SQL statements are connected to the Import Data query created in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
