When creating a material or service component using the Project Network API in a network with the Reservation/Purc.req indicator default value set to “Immediately”, you need to provide all required fields for material planning relevant reservation/purchase requisition creation. This applies even if you set the indicator to "Never” or “From release” in the same API call.
