3394901 - Centralized Services Support Settings - Onboarding

Symptom

  •  Allow Centralized Services Save for New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection, and Manage Pending Hires pages not present in Onboarding object.
  • During New Hire Data Review, we hit an application error caused by inconsistent or misconfigured onboarding settings.
  • After enabling Centralized Services, our pay scale group configurations appear inconsistent and cause data issues/errors.
  • New hire data isn’t saving properly on onboarding pages—either the Centralized Services “save” option isn’t enabled/visible or it doesn’t work as expected.
  • If Centralized Services isn’t enabled, the compliance e‑signature step fails to trigger, blocking our process.
  • We need clear guidance on how enabling Centralized Services impacts data collection and rehiring workflows so we can configure it without breaking onboarding.

Cause

Instances where Centralized Services is not enabled may face such issues.

Resolution

Centralized Services has been enabled in Preview and Production instances to all the customers to ensure consistency in data flow and backend validations against the database.
