3395013 - CPQ generated quote documents in Thai langague contains unreadable words

When customer generates a document in Thai language, some characters are unreadable. 

SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

1. Upload a Document Template that contains some part that uses Thai font
2. Try to generate the document.

Some fonts do not have support for Thai Characters.

• The only way to avoid this behavior is to create a custom style where the default font will be set, for example, 'Arial' and then in the additional settings for fonts
  under "Complex Scripts" section, select one of the fonts that supports Thai characters:
  1. Open the document in MS Word
  2. Add custom style with Complex Script Font
  3. In the "Styles" section, the new style will be displayed
  4. Select parts of the template (or the whole template) and apply a custom style
  5. Save the document and import it into CPQ
• Fonts that supports Thai characters: Angsana New * ,AngsanaUPC,Browallia New * , BrowalliaUPC,Cordia New * ,CordiaUPC, DilleniaUPC, EucrosiaUPC, FreesiaUPC, IrisUPC, JasmineUPC, KodchiangUPC, Leelawadee, Leelawadee UI, LilyUPC, Microsoft Sans Serif, Tahoma
• User can also upload custom fonts,that support Thai characters, to CPQ System in order to use it in Document Generation.
