3395036 - State Field is Set As "Not Visible", But Only the "value" is Hidden.

You are trying to hide the field "State".

You have set it as "Not Visible" (you have disabled the "Visible" toggle).

However, you see that only the "value" is being hidden.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Account WC;
2. Start Adaptation Mode;
3. Select the "State" field;
4. Make the "State" field not visible;
5. You will see that only the "value" of "State field" is being hidden.

The field "State" behaves in a different way.

In order to make the field "not visible", kindly click on:

1. Go to Account WC;
2. Start Adaptation Mode;
3. Select the "State" field;
4. Min the option 'Visible in Either Read or Edit Mode' and click on the dropdown and select: "Visible in Edit Mode Only".
5. Doing this, will make the field "not visible" completely.

Please note this only works for Master Layout.

As stated before, this is only available with the Master Layout.

Currently that is the only solution and for other layouts this is NOT possible.

This is the current system expected behavior.

An alternative option may be to check the SAP Cloud for Customer Customer Influence to submit an idea:
