3395053 - 'Delete not permitted; confirmations already exist for input product ABC' Error While Removing Input Product From An Adjustment Confirmation

Errors are displayed while trying to remove Input Product ABC from Create Adjustment Confirmation for Production Lot AAA:

'Confirmation creation failed'
'Delete not permitted; confirmations already exist for input product ABC'

ABC means the Input Product ID.

AAA means the Production Lot ID.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to the Inventory Valuation work center.
2. Go to the Production Lots view.
3. Find and open production lot ID AAA.
4. Click View All.
5. Click Adjustment Confirmation.
6. Select the row of respective Task ID.
7. Select the Input Products tab.
8. Click Enable Entry.
9. Click Remove
10. Errors are thrown:

'Confirmation creation failed'
'Delete not permitted; confirmations already exist for input product ABC'

An input product for which a confirmation ID already exist cannot be deleted, even though the reversal confirmation (Confirmation Type: Reversal) is already done.

The system behaves as designed.
