Resolution
Please try the following possible solutions:
A- As an administrator, perform the consent again in Microsoft Teams Integration settings. Please make sure the domain of the logged in user and the domain of the Teams admin user who is providing the consent is be same.
MS teams integration has a domain validation based on the email id. This means that if consent was given for domain @test.com then only the user with same domain @test.com will be able to use MS teams integration. In addition, it is important to note that e-mail domains are case sensitive. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that the upper or lower case of the e-mail providing consent matches the employees' e-mail domain.
- Open the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 system.
- Click on the profile icon.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to All settings.
- Open Microsoft Teams Integration screen.
- In "Share Workspace and Deal Room" and "Teams Meeting" section, make sure the feature required is enabled.
- Click on start consent.
- Pick your Teams account and accept.
- You should get a message: "Consent Successful!".
B - Set the SAP Service Cloud app as allowed as per below steps:
- Login to this URL: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/ with admin credentials.
- Navigate to Teams apps.
- Click on Manage apps and search for SAP Sales and Service Cloud
- Open the app.
- Make sure the status of this app is allowed.
C - Ensure that the user you are using has the email maintained with the Microsoft Office 365 exchange online license.
D- Please make sure the affected user has the same e-mail address in both MS 365 account and in the SAP Sales Cloud and Service v2 system.
E- If you are creating an appointment, please select the category as Meeting, since only with this category the Teams Meeting button is shown.
F- In Cross-Site Request Forgery Settings, the Strict mode is enabled by default for third-party integrations. You must change this to None.
- Log in to the system as an administrator.
- Navigate to user profile on the right-top corner, and access the Settings page.
- Go to All Settings -> Cross-Site Request Forgery Settings.
- Set the mode to None.
- Save.
