When creating UI Rule, option "Value" is missing for a particular field.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Access the system
- Go to Manage Configuration UI
- Set New UI Rule
- Select the field > Value is missing from the options
Cause
The usual cause of this behavior is the particular field has "Mask Value on UI" set to Yes.
Resolution
Modify the field by removing Mask Value on UI parameter and Value option should be available to be selected on UI Rule creation.
