3395109 - Customer Data Cloud (CDC) accounts show property groups.organizations.status as Active when the organization in B2B is Suspended

Symptom

  1. In B2B environment, if an Organization status is Active and a member in this organization has status Active, the account in CDC shows groups.organizations.status = Active.
  2. In B2B environment, if an Organization status is Active and a member in this organization has status Inactive, the account in CDC shows groups.organizations.status = Inactive.
  3. In B2B environment, if an Organization status is Suspended and a member in this organization has status Inactive, the account in CDC shows groups.organizations.status = Inactive.
  4. In B2B environment, if an Organization status is Suspended and a member in this organization has status Active, the account in CDC shows groups.organizations.status = Active.
