Error "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact Product Support, if the problem persists." occurs on updating Global Assignment workflow.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Assignment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Admin Tools -> Company System and Logo Settings, the switch "Enable Centralized Services for Global Assignment (Applicable for Add, Edit, End and Obsolete actions from UI)" is enabled.
  2. From employee's profile, Take Action -> Add global assignment -> Save, a workflow is triggered (If configured).
  3. As the approver, try to update the workflow.
  4. Try to click on "Continue" to review / modify Job Information details, the error message will appear “Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact Product Support, if the problem persists.”.
