3395160 - SDI Calls not triggering in Background: IM_HANA_ABAPADAPTER

While Executing Procedures to read data from ECC through DP Agent/Remote Source from Virtual Tables to Physical Tables, calls in SAP are happening in dialog.
We are expecting jobs to start as IM_HANA_ABAPADAPTER* in background, but it is not working.
Already checked the Note 3209242, but it didn't help.
From framework.trc, the following error was found.

The exception : com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (129) JCO_ERROR_SERVER_STARTUP: Server startup failed at Mon Oct 16 15:01:26 CDT 2023.
  This is caused by either a) erroneous server configuration, b) the backend system has been shutdown, or c) network problems. The next startup attempt will be done in 1 second.
  Failed to register/start JCoServer connection: Connect to SAP gateway failed
  connection parameters: PROGID=IM_HANA_ABAPADAPTER_1697486484979_1667517007 GWHOST=10.x.x.x GWSERV=sapdp00
