3395474 - Erros "Is a required field and cannot be blank" in Personal Data Collection - Onboarding

When the candidate click to "Submit" the Personal Data Collection Step an error occurs:

"Employment Details: [Name of the field] is a required field and cannot be blank."

The field is not visible to the candidate.  Another user with the permission to see the field, can see the field has a value in it.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the candidate
2. Complete the Personal Data Collection
3. Click to submit
4. The error appear

The field is not visible to the candidate.

In Onboarding, it is not possible to have different sets of objects displayed for the candidate and the recruiter to view and complete. It should be noted that this is primarily a candidate task, so the same objects will be shown to both. You can control the view/edit permissions through RBP; however, it will throw an error message for the restricted user instead of hiding or disabling the field in the UI.
