3395500 - Not Able to upload attachments in Manage Recruiting Email Templates. An application error occurred

Symptom

On Manage Recruiting Email Templates and trying to attach a file, when clicking on upload, the system shows an error message containing "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring."

Reproducing the Issue

On Manage Recruiting Email Templates, select a template and go to attachments;
When clicking on upload, it shows a error message containing "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring.";
The attachment is not uploading.

Cause

You have enabled Enable OpenText Integration in provisioning, but you have not configured a cloud storage vendor, or it is not configured properly.

Resolution

Option 1: Please refer to SAP Help Portal - SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite - Integrating with Third Party Document Storage where you can find instructions to configure Enable OpenText Integration.
- The responsible component for Enable OpenText Integration is Platform (LOD-SF-PLT).

Option 2: If you do not have a third-party cloud storage vendor, please disable "Enable Enable OpenText Integration" in Provisioning → Company Settings, and the issue should be resolved.
- As a customer, you do not have access to provisioning. To complete tasks in provisioning, contact your Implementation Partner. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, contact SAP Cloud Support.
