3395574 - Newly created destination is not loaded when set runtime variable

In the SAP BTP Cockpit subaccount, even you created a destination with following Additional Properties, the destination still can't be loaded when you set runtime variable for destination.

sap.applicationdevelopment.actions.enabled = true 
sap.processautomation.enabled = true
----------

Example:

Create "GetEmployeeById" manually or clone from "GetEmployee". So two destinations are available in subaccount. 


Newly created one "GetEmployeeById" is not loaded.
