The label (default system text) on the activities is different from the documentation, and different message is displaying for certain users.

Custom translation.

On Manage Languages > Your affected locale check if there is a custom translation.

If not using custom translation the system uses the default one.

To check which is the key for the affected text you can use the English debug from Settings > Change Language.
