3395638 - Time Type Filter Rules in Time Off

In the 2H 2023 Release, the Time Type Filter rules where implemented in order to hide Time Types from the selection dropdown when recording an absence, working times, or on-call times.

In order to do so, you need to assign the filter rule to an available Time Type, with classification as an Attendance, Break, Extra or On-Call. SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking also needs to be enabled.

To assign the rules, you need to go to a Time Profile and click on the 'Details' section of the desired Time Type:

NOTE: As this feature is was recently implemented, there are a few limitations to it. Currently, only 10 Time Type Filter rules can be added to each Time Profile - Trying to add more that this quantity will result in the following error to be thrown:
