3395801 - Employee ID is shown as blank when global assignment record added to the user - CS2H2023

When global assignment record is added to the user, Employee Id field is shown blank value. The same issue is observed for Rehire scenario as well.

1. In Admin Tools -> Company System and Logo Settings, the switch "Enable Centralized Services for Global Assignment (Applicable for Add, Edit, End and Obsolete actions from UI)" is enabled.
2. HRIS sync mapping is set up between person-id-external field in personInfo [Biographical Information] and with the empId [Employee ID] Standard field in Employee Profile.
3. From employee's profile, Take Action -> Add global assignment -> Save.
4. Global Assignment record is created for the user.
5. Download UDF and check Employee ID is blank or if Live user profile information is configured, we can see Employee ID field is blank with hyphen (-) in the global assignment record.

• The fix for this issue will be provided via a patch on 2311p5 (20-Nov-23 Preview and 23-Nov-23 Production). 

• Workaround: In Admin Tools -> Company System and Logo Settings, disable the switch "Enable Centralized Services for Global Assignment (Applicable for Add, Edit, End and Obsolete actions from UI)" OR Run a Full HRIS Sync Job.
