3395844 - Not able to add TR to buffer "RFC communications error with system/destination %%id"

Symptom

While importing the TR getting the below error.

RFC communications error with system/destination %%id=A7JJM327PAPO5HUS5ZABTGL67E
Message no. XT101

Diagnosis
An RFC error occurred in the TMS communications layer.

Target system: SID.DOMAIN_SID(000)
Function: TMS_TP_IMPORT
RFC message: RFC destination %%id=A7JJM327PAPO5HUS5ZABTGL67E does not exist.

System Response
The function terminates.

Procedure
Correct the error and execute the command again.

SAP Netweaver.
