3395932 - Business Rules not working as expected when "Centralized Services to Add New Employee..." is Enabled - 2H Release

Business Rules that have following conditions "Job Information User Id" and "Contex.Current User" fails during hire when "Enable Centralized Services to Add New Employee, Add New Employee for Fixed Term and Rehire Inactive Employee" is turned ON.

Example of condition failing:

Following behaviors is noted during hire because of this change so far:

• Rule does not evaluate correctly;
• Person id rule is ignored or not working accordingly;

Job Information User Id field is getting filled during Hire when Centralized Services is enabled making the logic of the rule not work as expected.

Engineering team is investigating this behavior, this KBA will be updated to document in case there was a behavior change on the handling of the user id creation during hire OR if there is a system defect.

Workaround: Disable within "Enable Centralized Services to Add New Employee, Add New Employee for Fixed Term and Rehire Inactive Employee" Company System and Logo Settings.
