How to restrict certain email templates to a user when they are contacting a candidate via email?

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Recruiting>Job Requisitions
- Click on Job Req
- Click on a candidate
- Click on "Contact Candidate" from their application
- Click on "Template" drop-down and notice there are some email templates that user should not have access to
OR
- Recruiting>Candidates
- Search for candidate
- Click on "Email"
- Click on "Template" drop-down and notice there are some email templates that user should not have access to
Resolution
To only grant permission to certain template(s), you will need to do the following steps:
- Admin Center>Manage Recruiting Settings>Enable Role-based Permissions for Recruiting Email Templates>Enable "Contact Candidate email templates"
- Admin Center>Manage Permission Roles
- Select permission role
- Click "Permission" button
- Under "User Permissions", select "Recruiting Email Templates"
- Choose "Others" under "Contact Candidate email templates"
- Here you can select which email templates you'd like the user to view. You can hold down the "CTRL" button while selecting templates to select multiple:
