After H2 2023 release,Users can now reopen a calibration session that has already been finalized.

User can now reopen a calibration session that has already been finalized.

Here are the details:

As an administrator, you can grant facilitators and co-facilitators permissions under Admin Center Manage Calibration Settings Permissions to reopen calibration sessions.
When you reopen a session, all forms in the session will be routed back to the calibration step.
We have added a new notification option Notify Calibration Participants of Session Reopening under Admin Center Email Notification Templates Settings. If you select it, emails will be sent directly to notify participants, facilitators, and owners after you reopen a session.
After the session is reopened, its status changes from "Approved" to "In Progress" and calibration participants can make additional changes.

You can reopen the session on the Calibration landing page or through Admin Center Manage Calibration Sessions.

With this feature, you can reopen the session that has been accidentally finalized, without having to create a new one.
